All products sold by Valgrind are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

Products offered by Valgrind are not medicines, supplements, therapeutic goods, or approved medical treatments. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of any disease or condition.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website and purchasing from Valgrind, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the products supplied and agree that all products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory, educational, analytical, or scientific research purposes.

Valgrind is committed to transparency, quality, and responsible business practices. We supply research materials only to customers who understand and accept the obligations associated with handling research products responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By placing an order with Valgrind, you confirm that:

• Products are purchased strictly for research purposes
• Products are not intended for human or animal consumption
• Products are not therapeutic goods, medicines, or dietary supplements
• You are responsible for ensuring lawful possession and use of purchased products
• You understand the risks associated with handling research materials
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Valgrind makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and website content are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from errors.

All products supplied by Valgrind are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. Customers are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of products for their intended research application.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched from Australia using Australia Post Express.

Orders placed before 2:00pm (AEST/AEDT) on business days are generally dispatched the same day. Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Valgrind is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Express Shipping: $15 AUD on orders under $300 AUD
• Free Express Shipping: Orders over $300 AUD
• Carrier: Australia Post Express

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to Australia Post for delivery.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Customers may choose one of the following delivery options during checkout:

Authority to Leave (Default)
Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.

Signature on Delivery (Optional)
A signature is required before the parcel can be released. If nobody is available to sign, the parcel may be taken to a local post office for collection.

By selecting Authority to Leave, customers accept full responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Valgrind is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery.

Customers concerned about parcel security are encouraged to select Signature on Delivery.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Tracking Shows "Delivered" – Authority to Leave

Where a parcel has been marked as delivered under an Authority to Leave instruction, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation. No replacement, refund, or store credit will be provided for parcels reported missing after confirmed delivery.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" – Signature on Delivery

Where Signature on Delivery was selected and a valid signature has been obtained, delivery is considered complete.

If a signature cannot be verified and the customer disputes receipt of the parcel, Valgrind may assist the customer in lodging an investigation with Australia Post.

Tracking Does Not Show "Delivered"

If tracking does not confirm delivery and a parcel appears lost in transit, customers must contact Valgrind within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Where Australia Post confirms the parcel has been lost in transit, Valgrind may provide store credit equal to the value of the affected order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

Valgrind is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. No refund or replacement will be provided where incorrect address information was supplied by the customer.

Valgrind Processing Error

In the unlikely event that Valgrind incorrectly processes an address or shipment, a replacement order will be arranged at no cost to the customer.

Fraudulent Claims

Valgrind reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts associated with fraudulent, misleading, or repeated unsupported missing-parcel claims.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.

Valgrind does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be issued for parcels that have been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, customers must contact Valgrind within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence for review.

Any resolution offered remains at Valgrind's sole discretion.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products supplied by Valgrind are provided "as is" and strictly for research purposes.

Valgrind makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, regarding the suitability, performance, or fitness of any product for a particular research application.

Customers assume full responsibility for the handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased from Valgrind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valgrind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product supplied.

In all circumstances, Valgrind's maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, and use of products supplied by Valgrind complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

Valgrind operates in accordance with Australian laws and regulations and reserves the right to refuse service where it believes a purchase may breach applicable legal requirements.
